Travel Recommendations:

  • We recommend booking your flights into BNA as soon as possible.

  • We ask that guests arrive at the Cathedral at 2:45pm on Friday September 19th.

  • Please see “Hotel Recommendations” below for information on room blocks.

  • We suggest rideshare apps such as Uber & Lyft for travel to the hotel from the airport as well as to the cathedral. Shuttles will be available from the Cathedral to Belle Meade Country Club for the Reception. Valet will be available at the reception, but parking is limited near the cathedral.

  • It will take approximately 15-20 minutes to travel from the ceremony to the reception.

Room Block Notes:

  • Room blocks are currently Thursday-Sunday. If you want to add additional days on either end, book the hotels for the days that you want and contact bride/groom or their parents. The price will then be adjusted for all days booked. Please reach out with any questions.

  • Both room blocked hotels are less than 10 minutes from the ceremony venue and about 20 minutes to the reception venue.

  • Both hotels are in Downtown Nashville.

  • We recommend Bode for those looking to travel in a group (multiple bedrooms/suite style).

  • We recommend Drift for those looking to book a single room.
